  • For all products sold on www.vajayur.com (Vaj Ayur Wellnness Private Limited) , we provide a 15 Day Replacement Guarantee for customers who find a manufacturing defect or damage in the product at the time of delivery or within 15 days from the date of delivery and we shall send you a fresh replacement at no extra cost.

  • Please Note : Replacement can be for the product subject to availability of the same with www.vajayur.com
  • Replacement is offered for the products sold by www.vajayur.com (Vaj Ayur Wellnness Private Limited) Will bear the 100% cost of return.
  • In Selected location by Vaj Ayur Wellnness Private Limited Within 15 working days, customer will get new replacement product.
  • For outright cancellations by you: If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, Vaj Ayur Wellnness Private Limited Will refund the 100% amount.
  • If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
    • If the product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, please contact customer care at mail@vajayur.com or call us at Toll Free : 1800 889 1098 (Time 10 am to 5.30pm Sat/Sunday Holiday) and inform about the non-receipt of the product. Please make sure you inform the customer care both by email & over the phone.
    • If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 15 Day Replacement Guarantee above.
    • If the customer paid twice for one product then the refund should be for one transaction, If She/he Wants.
    • If the refund is initiated before the product is shipped, then the 100% amount will be refunded within 15 working days.

  • If the refund is initiated after the product is shipped, then no refund request will be accepted.
